A pair of large (40 cm) cream white pendant lights by Swedish architect Olle Andersson for Boréns lighting. These lights named “Lilla Aurora” consists of vertical steel rods holding a set of 6 disc shaped shades. Inside is a thick frosted glass tube covering a compact fluorescent light bulb with four-pin base. These lightbulbs are available all over the world.

These heavy and robust lights give a soft wide shine down over a dining table as well as a very decorative statement.

Good condition with a few marks and scratches. No chips in the glass. One of the lights has some slight damage to the very top as seen in the last image.

Sold only as a pair.

Olle Anderson, born 1939 in Gislaved, is a Swedish interior designer active mainly in the furniture and lighting sector. Anderson received the award “Excellent Swedish Form” 19 times during the 1980s and 1990s. In 2004, he was awarded “The Price of Merit” from Bertil and Britt Svensson’s Foundation for Lighting Technology.

Olle Anderson has written, illustrated and published several books.

Boréns Armaturfabrik is a long time lights manufacturer from the town of Borås in Sweden.
