Description

Height: 18 Centimeters; Width: 40 Centimeters; Depth: 40 Centimeters

A blood red RA 40 pendant light by Danish scientist, mathematician, inventor, artist, designer, philosopher, and poet Piet Hein. An iconic sleek and minimalistic design with a removable cup that covers the lightbulb to make it glare free.

Good condition with no dents but a bit of damage to the lacquer at the center top as seen in the last photo. This damage is only visible when you look down at the pendant from above.

Standard E27 light bulb

Danish lighting company Lyfa was originally founded ca. 1924 under the name of Københavns Lampe Og Lysekronefabrik in the early 20th century. Based in the greater Copenhagen area and renamed Lyfa ca. 1930

I try to make the pictures reflect the true look, color and condition of the piece. If you have any questions or want additional photos please send a PM before buying.
