Pine veneer pendant light. Sweden 1970s

Sold Out

Height: 22 Centimeters; Width: 35 Centimeters; Depth: 35 Centimeters

Pendant light constructed from carefully bent sheets of pine veneer around a pine wood frame. The construction is held together with elegant brass screws. Stunning glow through the grain of the wood.

This lamp is in perfect condition, possibly never used. It takes a standard E27 light bulb.

These lights were very popular in Scandinavia during the 60s and 70s and presumably invented by Hans-Agne Jakobsson in Markaryd. This model however does not resemble any of Jakobssons styles and I have not been able to trace its origin.

I try to make the pictures reflect the true look, color and condition of the piece. If you have any questions or want additional photos please send a PM before buying.
